Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

- International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination)

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ikaa Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ikaa Jewellery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times may be affected during peak seasons or due to factors beyond our control (such as weather delays, courier delays, etc.). We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware that customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
