While we do not offer returns or refunds, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you, provided that you submit **video proof of the damage while unboxing**.

We recommend avoiding exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals, and storing your pieces in a dry, cool place. **We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear or improper care.**
